Hi, I'm David! In 2009 I began my search for a better way to win high quality landscape design projects. At the time I was being ran ragged chasing sales leads all over town, going from one meeting to the next for free only to hear, "sorry, we decided to go with another designer." OUCH
So I set out to change this and began tracking my sales process like a mad scientist. I started writing down every question I asked, taking notes of every detail shared, I even recorded some of my calls so I could playback them back on my morning walk with the dog. Needless to say I learned a lot!
After several years of tinkering with my process, something finally clicked! I begun seeing huge advances in my ROI, I began seeing more high quality designs and with much less effort, all because I started using my Sales Lead Checklist.
